As we move forward, our Concierge service really begins to shine. The SXS installation team will be deployed for a full installation and tutorial on your new simulator. Complete turn key solutions are where the rubber meets the road at SXS, and we stop at nothing to provide our customers with the ultimate in Simulation experience.
It doesn't end at the perfect turn key install, in fact for our Driver Network customers it's only just begun. As much as we'd like to believe that no issues will pop up and life will be all roses, we are here for you if it's not. Our Driver Network is in place to deal not only with an occasional issue, but also for assisting our customers in all phases of simulator evolution. From purchasing, downloading, configuring new content we can assist in all phases of this process remotely in our Network Headquarters remotely. We are on a mission to make this process a stress free and enjoyable journey into high level motor sport simulation and sim racing.
As a SXS owner you are assigned a Simulator Concierge, on call around the clock. Each Sim Concierge is a well trained and knowledgeable Sim Racing professional who is eager to help with any issue you may have. From software and hardware updates to installing new tracks to new cars, your representative is ready to assist you. We firmly believe that having this individual contact, someone who knows you almost as well as you do, makes support easier and customers happier. Sector X has even implemented a unique remote control capability in every unit to allow our representatives to continue advanced training programs, update software, or troubleshoot any operational issues directly from our Tech Center.
